Neustar Names Hyune Hand to Oversee Customer Intelligence Business
February 11, 2019 – STERLING, Va. – Neustar, Inc., a trusted, neutral provider of real-time information services, today announced Hyune Hand as General Manager of Customer Intelligence, Marketing Solutions. Hand will oversee Customer Intelligence solutions including Customer Identity Management (CIM), ElementOne segmentation products and other identity and verification products as part Neustar’s Marketing Solutions suite. She will report to Neustar Senior Vice President of Analytics Solutions Ted Prince.
Hand is an information services and technology leader serving in leadership roles at D&B Hoovers, a global provider of sales and marketing, risk management and supply chain business information used by companies to make data and analytics-informed decisions.

During her tenure at D&B Hoovers she served in progressively responsible roles ascending to the role of President where she transformed the financial, operational and sales operations driving high customer satisfaction, generating double digit sales growth and establishing strong employee engagement. She also led sales operations for Asia-Pacific, Canada and Latin America markets.

Most recently, Hand served as Chief Executive Officer of Agility Recovery Solutions, Inc., a business continuity and recovery solutions provider. Before that she was Senior Vice President and General Manager at Digital Globe, Inc., an imagery solutions business, and previously as Executive Vice President for Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Services, a provider of compliance and governance solutions. Hand holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Grove City College.
