James Willett

Vice President Support and Professional Services

James Willett is Vice President of Support and Professional Services, Security Solutions at Neustar. In his role, James ensures Neustar Security Solutions provide clients with the protection and stability needed to maintain a competitive advantage. In this effort, he oversees a team of customer support, professional services engineering, consultants and industry security experts who are dedicated to deploying, optimizing and supporting the most advanced web-based security solutions and services possible.

In his 25+ year career, James has excelled at delivering winning management strategies with customers and team members alike, producing results while solving customer and business problems. At Neustar, James has led engineering, operations, product management, professional services, customer success, customer support and sales engineering teams spanning both Security and Marketing solutions. James joined Neustar through the UltraDNS acquisition where he was responsible for expanding service offerings into what is now known as the DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management (IPAM) or DDI space.

Prior to Neustar, James founded JaTell, a boutique-consulting firm specializing in engagements with Fortune 500 clients and critical Internet infrastructure providers. As Director of Professional Services for MainNerve, Inc., James was operationally responsible for managing all consulting processes and customer service delivery, including the company's high-stakes information security clients. Prior to MainNerve, James held various systems engineering and consulting positions where he was responsible for maintaining IT systems and applications in production environments. Earlier in his career, he served with the United States Marine Corps as a Communications-Electronics Maintenance Chief. While in this role, he managed the maintenance and repair of all radio, telephone, switchboard and computer systems for combat-ready units, including all test equipment, manuals and Marines. James holds a B.S. in Information Technology from University of Phoenix.

Jesse Dunagan

Senior Professional Services Engineer

Mr. Dunagan is responsible for scoping, building and implementing custom designed network vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and other network related security services. Mr. Dunagan has extensive experience in External and Internal DNS / DHCP, Traffic Management, Web Monitoring, Geo-IP services, DDOS protection and Security and Reliability.

Prior to joining Neustar, Mr. Dunagan served as a Principle Systems Architect for a small boutique security consulting firm performing various customer security audits including: Initial Customer Assessments, HIPAA security compliance, Sarbanes Oxley, North American Electric Reliability Council (NERC), IP Perimeter Analyses and Logical Security Audits. He also served as an Information System Coordinator for the United States Marine Corps where he expedited design and supervised the build-out of eight consolidated administrative centers across The 1st Marine Division to include installation of fiber-optics, category 5 cabling (data and voice), data network infrastructure, servers, desktops and telephones. Mr. Dunagan earned two Navy-Marine Corps Achievement Medals for excellence in workmanship to complete the above listed projects on-time and within budget.

Chris Beauregard

Senior Professional Services Engineer

Chris has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry across a variety of disciplines including: product management, sales engineering, consulting, management consulting and service delivery.

He is currently Sr. Professional Services Engineer and the team lead and project manager for the Security Services Deployment Team, supporting all DNS and UltraDDoS Protect services in addition to custom consulting engagements. Chris strives for efficiency in all facets of his work and uses his depth and breadth of experience to assist his clients in gaining those same levels of efficiency within their own organizations.

Prior to joining Neustar, Chris worked for UPS Logistics as consultant and as an analyst at a boutique telecommunications consulting firm in the Washington, DC area.

Mike Vevea

Senior Professional Services Engineer

Mike has been with Neustar and MetaInfo (purchased by Neustar) for 12 years, starting in product support, moving to manage MetaInfo's support group, continuing at Neustar as a Manager of Product Support, and is now a Neustar Senior Professional Services Engineer. Mike has been working in the technology industry for over 35 years, including work as a Unix and Linux system administrator, medical imaging research, DNS and DHCP management, and computer security work.

Prior to joining Neustar Mike held positions with the University of California, Berkeley; Colorado State University; Massachusetts General Hospital (with an ancillary Harvard faculty appointment); Seafloor Surveys; and MetaInfo.

Mark Vaughan

Lead Professional Services Consultant

As a Lead Consultant, Mark has over 30 years of Software Development experience in corporate, non-profit, and government environments including telecommunications, big data, security, and multiple space programs, most notably working on the Space Shuttle, Tomahawk Cruise Missile variations, Atlas and Titan rocket boosters, satellite command and control software, Remedy Action Request System, and LNP projects. Mark began at a Neustar affiliate in 2000. Prior to joining Neustar, Mark worked for Computer Sciences Corporation, Raytheon, Apex Systems, and Comcast. Client roster includes Lockheed-Martin, Hughes, and Cricket Wireless. Mark holds a BS in Computer Science from National University, an AS in Computer Technology from Cuyamaca College, and numerous certifications from BMC/Remedy.

Glenn Yorkdale

Senior Manager, Professional Services

Mr. Yorkdale is a seasoned security and management professional with strong domestic and international operations experience. He has more than 30 years of experience and practice in the field of Security Risk and Vulnerability, Information Security, Physical and Technical Security and Counterintelligence. This deep understanding was developed while serving at the Central Intelligence Agency and the private sector.

His career includes assignments in Eastern and Western Europe, Central and East Asia and the Middle East. Mr. Yorkdale was personally selected to serve at the White House as the Director of Security Programs for the National Security Council. In this assignment he dramatically improved information management and handling procedures for sensitive documents related to the Presidency.

Brion Rector

Senior Professional Services Engineer

Brion came to Neustar in February of 2009 where he worked as a Tier I Support Specialist in the Enterprise Services Support group. He quickly moved up to a Tier II Specialist and worked on deployments as well as other special projects, DDOS attacks, and mitigated Site Protect events.

In January 2015 Brion made the move to Professional Services where he currently working one on one with SiteProtect customers and UltraDNS Fast Starts. He is the main POC for our customers as they onboard their SiteProtect and UltraDNS services.

Prior to working for Neustar Brion worked for several national chain retail and restaurant companies in their IT departments with positions ranging from Assistant Network Administrator to Help Desk Professional.

Justin Howe

Lead Professional Services Engineer

Justin is a project manager and the team lead for Neustar’s Full Service Load Testing Professional Services, closely interfacing with his team and his clients to engineer best-in-class automation scripts used to stress test their online brands and services, discovering pain points and vulnerabilities during periods of high user traffic or online security attacks. Justin brings a client-centric and out-of-the-box focus to the table, always analyzing the most appropriate ways to deliver the greatest value to his clients without incurring unnecessary financial costs, as per their business and KPIs.

Justin brings over 15 years of professional IT experience to Neustar, including areas of proven proficiencies such as networking, TCP/IP, DNS, Linux and Windows server administration, VPN management, software engineering, cyber security services, and a very strong sense of client support and project management throughout the entire engagement life-cycle.

Timber Wolfe

Professional Services Consultant

Timber Wolfe obtained a CE (Computer Engineer) degree from UF in 2003. He started out working as a software engineer and eventually transitioned into security. He regularly conducts security assessments both static, dynamic and architectural. He sits on two advisory boards and assists in improving forward looking security posture and training programs. He has been working for Neustar’s PS branch as a consulting security engineer since 2012. Timber is also a regular open source contributor and has even created several open source projects. Timber is also an EC Council certified instructor and teaches classes in CEH and CHFI periodically. Timber is passionate about his work and if fully qualified to support Neustar’s customers with their security consulting needs.

Nora Duhig

Manager of Secretariat Services

As the Manager of Secretariat Services, Nora has over 20 years of Association and Project Management experience in both corporate and non-profit environments including healthcare, trade and technology associations. Nora has managed the Secretariat Services at Neustar since 2007. Client roster includes the Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams, which comprises nearly 300+ Computer Security Incident Response Teams around the globe.

Prior to joining Neustar, Nora held the position as Operations Manager at SmithBucklin, the largest association management company in the world, where she managed the Professional Association for SQL Server and the Society for Information Management. Nora holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
