As we continue to monitor the situation surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the health and safety of our associates, clients and vendor partners remain a top priority. As part of our precautionary measures related to this matter, we’d like to share our procedures for vendor partner visits to Neustar locations.
Effective immediately through March 31 or otherwise notified, all non-essential vendor partner and outside visitor visits and/or meetings at Neustar locations is discouraged. If it is essential for you to have access to a Neustar facility to provide the goods or services for which you have contracted to provide to Neustar, you should contact your Neustar point of contact who will assess the need in accordance with our policies. Otherwise, please leverage technologies and tools to engage in virtual meetings, in lieu of traveling for in-person meetings.
These procedures are not intended to impair or prevent our vendor partners from performing or meeting contractual obligations with Neustar. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. The health and safety of every member of our Neustar family, which includes you, matters to us. And right now, we believe the best preventative approach is to minimize in-person meetings unless absolutely essential.
