Last year, I committed to keep you updated on Neustar’s Business Continuity Plans as they relate to the COVID-19 pandemic. I am happy to report that TeamNeustar’s resilience has been strong and our business continues to thrive. As we begin returning to our offices, I’d like to share an update on Neustar’s return to office process.

At the onset of the pandemic, we established six guiding principles to drive all decision-making related to the pandemic. We’ve weighed those principles against key internal and external factors and federal, state, and local guidelines to determine our return to office process. We are confident that our most important principle, “keep our people safe”, has and will continue to be met through our purposeful and thoughtful approach to providing a safe return to office.

Over the past several months, we have worked diligently to implement this process and are happy to announce that many of Neustar’s offices are now open. Those offices that have met our reopen criteria can also welcome customers, prospective employees, and other visitors. Our office status will change from time to time based on our governance, so if you plan to visit a Neustar office, our teams who interact with you on a daily basis will be sure to keep you updated on that office’s status.

In some locations, however, mainly outside of the U.S., external criteria such as an increase in COVID-19 cases are still critical factors in our ability to move forward with a safe return to office. As a result, currently, none of our offices outside of the U.S. are open, and all TeamNeustar in those locations remain in a work-from-home status.
