To our valued clients:

Given growing concerns about the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), I wanted to share with you a high-level summary of our preparedness.

We have a robust Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and a Pandemic Plan. These plans provide a roadmap to prepare for, respond to, and maintain operations under a wide variety of circumstances, including technology outages, natural disasters, terrorist attacks, and pandemics. Our goal with these plans is to maintain operations without interruption of key services in the event of unforeseen circumstances that impact our colleagues, partnerships, or our ability to access our offices.

In response to the coronavirus and out of an abundance of caution, we have established a COVID-19 Task Force. The Task Force includes business leaders representing all critical functions across our company and will support the organization around the ongoing assessment of, and response to, business risks.

We are actively monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other authorities, and we are sharing what we learn with our colleagues around the world. At present, our globally distributed infrastructure, managed from multiple independent locations around the world, enables us to continue to provide services to our customers. Based on what we know today, we are confident that we are prepared to adapt to ensure that our colleagues are safe, we will be able to maintain business integrity, and that we will continue to be able to serve you.

If you have any questions or concerns, please respond to this email or contact your Neustar account manager.
