As you saw in my letter dated March 11, Neustar is intensely focused on the continuity of our business, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. We created a COVID-19 Task Force to support our regular Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and have detailed executive oversight over the program. We also committed to updating you on a regular basis.
Like most companies, we’ve been asked about how the current environment is impacting our business. I am happy to report, Neustar is fully operational with approximately 95 percent of our workforce distributed in their homes or remote locations. Our team has shown tremendous flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to provide uninterrupted services to our customers. We have and will continue to put in place measures to ensure that, to the best of our ability, Neustar maintains the service you have come to expect.
In response to inbound inquiries with specific questions about our BCP, our Task Force created a FAQ which broadly outlines our current position on service resilience, supply chain management, security, and actions we have taken to mitigate COVID-19 related service or workforce issues.
We will continue to provide updates on our progress along the way as we deal with the global impacts of COVID-19. We greatly appreciate your support during this challenging time.
