Neustar’s Suzanne Charleston Inducted into FedHealthIT’s Hall of Fame
We are pleased to announce that Suzanne Charleston, Senior Director Federal Healthcare and Beneficiary Markets, has been inducted into FedHealthIT’s Hall of Fame. Inductees have been recognized multiple times as winners of the FedHealthIT100 Awards for the impact they make in support of Federal Health missions. Each year, FedHealthIT recognizes the FedHealthIT100, “a distinguished group of individuals from Government and Industry who are making an impact, going above and beyond, driving innovation, challenging conventional wisdom, driving positive outcomes and giving back to the larger community.”
Suzanne was recognized as a forwarding-thinking professional who works relentlessly to solve customers’ unique problems and challenges. FedHealthIT noted that Suzanne drives innovation in the federal health space by working with government partners and others in the federal health IT community to minimize the spread of COVID-19. Suzanne proactively created a solution to uniquely leverage data to assist state and local governments to connect more efficiently with people who may have been exposed to COVID-19. Suzanne’s understanding of government programs and workflows promoted an effective and efficient method to reaching contacts of COVID-19 cases at the times of day they are most likely to answer the phone, increasing the likelihood that those contacts will answer their phones.
One state that COVID-19 hit especially hard early in the pandemic is now leveraging Neustar solutions. Customers typically see on average a 33 percent improvement in contact rates after implementing Neustar solutions. The state forecasts a similar level of improvement for its phone-based contact tracing organization.
