Introducing Connections Magazine – Your Source for Insights on Trusted Communications
We’re pleased to launch our inaugural edition of Connections Magazine. With Connections, our goal is to bring together the brightest minds in the communications industry. This collaborative effort will allow you to read their insights on the top challenges and opportunities facing Communications Service Providers (CSPs) and businesses today, all in a single authoritative source of information.
In our first edition of the magazine, we’re focusing our attention on how to deliver confidence to customers when they communicate, regardless of the technology platform. This includes the back-end, where we discuss the importance of order management and inventory data audits.
We also explore how to step up the fight against the rising scourge of robocalls and caller ID spoofing, which is becoming so much more than just a nuisance in our day-to-day lives. In addition, we discuss the impact of inaccurate local business listing data on the customer journey and how you can develop an action plan for successful local search management.
