Still Confused by the New TCPA Rulings? You’re Not Alone.

Despite the fact that the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) has been in place for 25 years, TCPA violations rose by more than 25 percent last year. In an effort to reverse this trend, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released new TCPA rulings in July of this year to help companies better identify and prevent unsolicited telemarketing, robocalls, and other undesirable communications practices that the TCPA was created to address.
