Neustar Names Christine Brennan as Senior Vice President of Human Resources


 

Sterling, VA –  Neustar, Inc. (NYSE: NSR) a trusted, neutral provider of real-time information and analysis to the Internet, telecommunications, entertainment, advertising and marketing industries, has named Christine Brennan as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Ms. Brennan will report directly to Lisa Hook, president and CEO, and her appointment will be effective immediately. Ms. Brennan previously served as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources at Verisign.

While at Verisign, Ms. Brennan implemented a global human resources strategy that focused on talent management and acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management and corporate social responsibility.

Ms. Brennan has also served as the Head of Group Human Resources for the Bank of Ireland, based in Dublin, where she worked with the Board to appoint a new CEO and implemented a talent management agenda with a focus on strategic external recruitment and internal development. She also served as the Human Resources Director for Barclays PLC's Global Retail and Commercial Banking (GRCB) business, based in London, where she was responsible for all aspects of the human resources strategy and execution in support of the Barclays’ global expansion.

Ms. Brennan also held senior human resources positions with AT&T and British Telecommunications (BT). She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
